| For filing a petition, or splitting a case, under Chapter 7 | $335 | $338 |
| For filing a petition under Chapter 9 | $1,717 | $1,738 |
| For filing a petition, or splitting a case, under Chapter 11 | $1,717 | $1,738 |
| For filing a petition, or splitting a case, under Chapter 12 | $275 | $278 |
| For filing a petition, or splitting a case, under Chapter 13 | $310 | $313 |
