Stimulus Debt Card Is Not A Scam

The Economic Impact Payments, commonly referred to as stimulus payments, are being sent to people across the United States.  Some of those payments are being sent through regular mail in the form of a debit card.

The National Consumer Law Center has published a guide on what to look for if your stimulus payment is received by debit card.  Follow this link for valuable information on the stimulus payment:  https://www.nclc.org/images/Issue-Brief-Money-Network-EIP-Cards.pdf

Additional information is available on the IRS’s web site at:  https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/treasury-and-irs-begin-delivering-second-round-of-economic-impact-payments-to-millions-of-americans?eType=EmailBlastContent&eId=578ac860-749e-44d1-824f-3a4c729c9a36
